Morning Corp

Privacy Policy and Data Processing

Last updated: July 2026

We are MorningCorp (the "Holding"), responsible for processing data on behalf of our digital brands SchweizerHaustier, Chez Soi Decor, and Maison Huile Dolive, with operations across Europe (France, Switzerland, Portugal, and Spain).

This Privacy Policy explains, clearly and transparently, how we collect and process your personal data in full compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Swiss FADP, when you use our contact and subscription forms.

What personal data do we collect?

We only collect the data strictly necessary to manage your request and our relationship with you:

  • Name: So we know who you are and can address you appropriately.
  • Email: To respond to your messages and send authorized communications.
  • Phone / mobile number: For direct support or commercial contact, when applicable.
  • Opt-in record (consent): We store the date, time, and digital confirmation of your express consent to receive marketing or commercial communications.

For what purposes and on what legal basis do we use your data?

We process your data for specific purposes and on clear legal grounds:

  • Responding to your enquiry (pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest): Responding to questions, business proposals, or information requests you send us.
  • Sending communications and newsletters (consent / opt-in): If you gave your positive opt-in, we will use your email or phone number to send news and offers from our brands. You can cancel this subscription at any time (opt-out).
  • Internal routing (legitimate interest): Directing your message to the team of the specific group brand (SchweizerHaustier, Chez Soi Decor, or Maison Huile Dolive) responsible for your topic of interest.

Who do we share your data with?

Data sharing at MorningCorp is strictly controlled and only happens under the following conditions:

  • Among group brands: We share data internally with the brand you selected (e.g., SchweizerHaustier) so the relevant team can respond to you directly.
  • Technology service providers: Subcontracted companies that host our website or manage our email marketing and CRM systems (all bound by strict data protection agreements).
  • Legal obligations: Judicial or regulatory authorities, if we are legally required to do so.

MorningCorp never sells, rents, or trades your personal data with third parties.

How do we protect your data and for how long do we keep it?

  • Security: We apply advanced technical measures (such as data encryption and strict access controls) to ensure your data is protected against unauthorized access.
  • Retention period: If it was just an enquiry, we keep the data until your matter is resolved. If you gave your opt-in, we keep the data for as long as you remain interested in receiving our communications (until you ask to be removed).

What are your rights?

The GDPR and the FADP guarantee you full control over your data. At any time, you can ask us for:

  • Access and rectification: To know what data we hold about you and correct any inaccurate data.
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten) and withdrawal: To withdraw your opt-in and ask us to delete your data.
  • Objection and portability: To object to data processing or request that it be transferred.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Supervisory Authority (such as the CNPD in Portugal, the CNIL in France, the AEPD in Spain, or the FDPIC in Switzerland).
